These are the general terms for apps and websites published by Hazard Studio, the independent app studio of Vitali Mikhailouski. Where an app has its own terms (linked from its App Store page and from its page on this site), those terms apply to the app; this document covers everything else.
Our iOS apps are licensed, not sold, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app ships its own EULA. App content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice of any kind.
Purchases in our apps are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage them in your App Store account settings.
You agree not to misuse our apps or websites, attempt to reverse-engineer them, or use them in violation of applicable law.
Our apps and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data supplied by third-party providers may be inaccurate or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps or websites.
We may update our apps and these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. The current version is always available at this page.
