This policy describes how Lock Screen Widget & Themes ("the app", "we") handles your information. It is a Hazard Studio app, operated by Vitali Mikhailouski (individual developer). We build the app to work with as little personal data as possible.
Your widget presets, themes, and preference settings are stored locally on your device (and in the app's private App Group storage so your widgets can display them). They are not uploaded to our servers.
With your permission, the app uses your device location to request weather forecasts for your area on the weather widgets. Coordinates are sent to a weather data provider solely to retrieve the forecast and are not stored by us. You can deny location access; weather widgets will then be unavailable.
If you grant access to your calendar or reminders, the app reads upcoming events and reminders on your device solely to display them on the calendar and reminders widgets. This data never leaves your device.
If you grant access to Apple Health, the app reads activity data (such as steps) solely to display it on the activity widget. Health data is processed on your device, is never uploaded to our servers, and is never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your payment details. Subscription status may be processed by our subscription-management provider to unlock features and prevent fraud.
To improve the app and measure advertising, we may collect anonymized usage events (screens viewed, features used, funnel steps), device information (model, OS version, language), and advertising attribution data (which campaign brought the install) through services such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, and Firebase. This data is tied to a random identifier, not to your name or contacts. Where required, we ask for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
With your permission, the app schedules local notifications (such as offer reminders). You can disable them anytime in Settings.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at this page. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
